Chinese authorities announced on Saturday the death of five people in an explosion at a workshop belonging to Jiapeng Biotechnology Company in the north of the country.
The explosion occurred early today, and rescue workers have so far found five trapped workers, all of whom have died.
The same source indicated that investigations are still ongoing to determine the exact causes of the incident.
